HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?
Browse through our shop section. Once you have found an item, click on the 'Add to Shopping Bag’ button below each item. Review your selection by clicking the bag icon at the top right of the page and selecting ‘View Cart’. You can use the 'Remove Item' link to delete items from your shopping bag. If you wish to continue browsing, click on the 'Continue Shopping' button. To complete your order, click on the 'Proceed to Check Out' button.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
We process your orders within 24 hours and ship them via our trusted logistic partners. Any order placed shall be delivered to you within 4-5 business days excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier partner name is sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner website (Bluedart, Delhivery) and enter the AWB no. shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

HOW CAN I PLACE MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
To place an International order, kindly go to the menu bar and head to our currency switcher to change the currency to dollars and then select the products you wish to purchase.
Kindly note: International shipping charges are not included in your invoice. The shipping amount would depend on the basis of the weight of your package after being fully packed and in country to be delivered. (When the shipping cost is calculated, it not only includes the weight of the products but also the weight of the packaging material we use to make the parcel strong)
We will get back to you for the exact amount to be paid. Once the shipping amount is cleared, only then, the parcel shall be dispatched.

HOW CAN I APPLY COUPON CODE ON MY ORDERS?
After you add the selected products to your cart, you can view the cart to review your order. In case we’re running an offer, we shall provide you a coupon code either on the website banner or on our Instagram page. Once you have the code, proceed to the checkout page where you will get an option to apply a coupon code, once the code is entered, the page will reload and your total will be revised accordingly.
DO I NEED TO REGISTER IN ORDER TO PLACE AN ORDER?
We recommend that all our customers register with us, to get the best service and offers available. However, you can also checkout as a guest. Being a registered user, one can avail several benefits that are favourable :

2. Save your address and view order status.
3. Make and manage your return and exchange from your account
4. Save shipping details.

HOW CAN I SHIP AN ORDER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
You can always choose an alternate address at the time of the order.
HOW CAN I CANCEL/EDIT MY ORDER?
To cancel or edit your order after making the payment on the website, only whatsapp on our Customer Care at +91 7895205404 within 12 hours of placing your order, mentioning your Order number.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE ON DHAAGE?
We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions:

Bank transfers are accepted upon special request.

WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?
Within India, we ship through registered courier companies Delhivery and IndiaPost. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.
Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?
We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 5,000.
For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, a base charge of Rs. 99 is levied.
HOW DO I SELECT A SIZE?
This is our standard size chart, however, it may differ in certain materials and designs.. You may share your preference and we can check the measurement for better clarity.
IS CASH ON DELIVERY AVAILABLE (COD)?
We do not offer the payment method of Cash on Delivery.
