Shipping policy

Upon the confirmation of payment, we will start the process of shipping within the operating hours from 11:00 to 20:00 Monday - Saturday (exclusive of public holidays). 

- Delivery can take upto 3 to 12 business days. 

- Delivery time excludes payment verification  

- Delivery is trackable. 

- As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with the name of the courier company and tracking number via WhatsApp or email.

Your orders will only be processed and packed during the operating hours. Our mailing team operates from 11:00 to 20:00, Monday - Saturday (exclusive of Public Holidays).
