At Dhaage, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange or return an item, and we want to make this process as easy and convenient as possible. While it is our endeavour to make the highest quality products and provide the best possible fit, we understand that fabric & fit can be subjective for each individual and therefore to secure your shopping. 

Actual colour of product may vary compared to what you see on your electronic screen due to respective screen colour/ resolution. Also, let's not think of an irregular print or weave as a defect! That's the hallmark & beauty of an Indian handmade product. All our products undergo multi-level Quality Checks and entire order processing is done under CCTV.  If it ain't critical and can be managed or altered with your local tailor, please avoid raising a return request. Let's make a small contribution to reduce carbon footprint.

Exchange Policy:

  1. We offer an exchange policy within 7 days of the date of delivery. 
  2. The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.
  3. The customer must ship the product(s) back to us. 
  4. Rs.100/- reverse pick-up charges for Suit sets, Co-ord Sets, Dresses, Kaftans and Rs.300/- reverse pick-up charges for Party wear pieces.
  5. The exchange will happen only once.
  6. The exchange must be sent to us within 7 days from the date you received the parcel.

Please note: We do not offer any refund for online purchases. Items bought from Sale Collection will not be exchanged or refunded except in extremely rare cases of manufacturing defect. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The delivery cost incurred for exchange will be borne by the buyer only.
